Welcome to fastinSync. By accessing or using our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Marinela Brânzeanu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Application on your personal device for personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Application without explicit permission.

2. Account Registration
To use certain features, you may need to create an account by providing accurate, complete information, including a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Restrictions

  • Reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Application

  • Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content, including viruses or spam
  • Use the Application for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Marinela Brânzeanu

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Moldova
  • You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit
  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova
