These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration will be adjudicated in the courts of Moldova.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
